Ice Cream Sandwich and Cookies Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box (42 ounces, 12 bars) Crav’n Flavor Ice Cream Sandwiches (any flavor)
- 1½ containers (8 ounces each) whipped topping, thawed if frozen
- ½ cup crushed Crav’n Flavor Original Chocolate Sandwich Cookies with Vanilla Creme
- ½ cup crushed Crav’n Flavor Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 5 Crav’n Flavor Original Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, cut in half-moons
Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unwrap 6 ice cream sandwiches and place them on the baking sheet next to each other with the long sides touching each other.
- Spread some of the whipped toppings on the sandwiches to cover (about ½-inch thick). Sprinkle with ½ cup crushed sandwich cookies.
- Unwrap the remaining ice cream sandwiches and place them on top of the whipped topping, pressing down lightly to adhere. Spread some of the whipped toppings on the top and sides of the cake, sprinkle with the ½ cup crushed chocolate chip cookies, then press the sandwich cookie half-moons into the topping, cut side down, to decorate.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours. To serve, use a thin-bladed knife dipped in hot water to cut the cake into slices.
